Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Luno Studio at lunostudio.ai (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Service is operated by Luno Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lunostudio.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits & Billing

  • The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate images or videos.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits carry over for up to 60 days, capped at one month’s allowance at renewal.
  • Top-up credit packs are one-time purchases and expire 60 days after purchase.
  • Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • All prices are listed in USD (or INR for Indian users) and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. For our full refund policy, see Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind.
  • Use the Service to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent usage limits or security measures.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated content as a competing service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

7. Generated Content & Ownership

Subject to these Terms, you own the content you generate using the Service. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.
  • Other users may generate similar or identical outputs from similar prompts.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Models

The Service integrates third-party AI models (including but not limited to models from Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Runway, Kling, and others). These models are subject to their respective providers’ terms and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for the output quality, availability, or content filtering decisions of third-party model providers.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luno Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luno Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
