Payments & Security
Luno Studio processes all payments through Stripe — one of the most widely trusted and regulated payment platforms in the world. Stripe monitors every merchant on its platform for compliance and security. Luno Studio maintains full compliance and good standing with Stripe’s requirements.
We operate active fraud prevention systems to protect the platform and our users. When fraudulent activity is detected — including unauthorized payment methods and account abuse — we take immediate action to block bad actors, issue refunds where applicable, and restore any legitimate accounts affected.
All transactions are fully transparent: you can view your payment history, credit balance, and subscription status directly in your Luno Studio account.
Clear refund policy
Full refund within 48 hours. Prorated refunds for service issues. Contact us before filing a bank dispute.
Content Safety
NSFW and CSAM content are prohibited across all models and actively blocked.
Content moderation is applied at the model level — each model provider scans prompts, reference images, and outputs through its own safety filters, so content policies may vary depending on the model being used.
Luno Studio maintains a secure and professional platform for creators worldwide. We uphold high safety standards across every part of the product to keep the platform a space for responsible, ethical creativity.
Users can report content concerns to the support team via email. All reports are reviewed, investigated, and addressed — up to and including content removal and account termination.
Responsibility
Luno Studio gives you powerful tools. With that comes responsibility.
You own what you generate. You are also responsible for how you use and distribute it.
You must hold all necessary rights for any reference images, audio, or likenesses you upload.
Generating NSFW content, CSAM, or content intended to deceive or defraud is strictly prohibited.
Violations result in immediate content removal and account termination. Severe violations are reported to relevant authorities.
Your Data
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
View your complete payment history, credit balance, and subscription status in your account.
Request account deletion at any time. Personal data is removed within 30 days.
